Sacrifice was the theme here. Everything from the foreboding look to the non-linear edit structure to the ambiguous ending, pushed the central idea of sacrifice. It takes more than anyone can imagine to be a serious athlete- and it take even more to be a serious wrestler. It's an awfully lonely world of training and preparation just for the chance to compete for less than 10 minutes. This is one Crown Chimp's gems- currently in the running for a national Addy award- and we couldn't be more proud of it.

Crown Chimp Productions is a creative collective of up-and-coming filmmakers and artists. Through extreme passion and dedication, innovation, and raw talent we are able to craft a product that is both artistic and marketable. What drives Crown Chimp is small scale ingenuity with large scale results. This blue collar approach to artistic work has earned us clients and award recognition at the local, national and international levels.
